منصة اعلامية بابوية بالولايات المتحدة تتبنى حملة تبرعات من اجل قيام الكنيسة القبطية بمقاضاة دولية للكنيسة الاثيوبية بشان ملكية دير السلطان

 

أعلنت احد المنصات الاعلامية التابعة لبابا الاقباط فى الولايات المتحدة , انه شرعت فى حملة جمع تبرعات , من اجل قضايا دولية  سترفعها الكنيسة القبطية على  الكنيسة الاثيوبية  بشان ملكية دير السلطان , وقال نص الاعلان  الذى يدعو للتبرع باللغة لانجليزية ومرفق به ترجمة حرفية  قالت كنيستنا القبطية الارثوذكسية ممثلة في بطريركية الاقباط الأرثوذكس بالكرسي الاورشليمي تقوم بإجراءات قانونية لاسترجاع الملكية الشرعية لدير السلطان في مدينة القدس المقدسة الى ملاكها الأصليين ، الكنيسة القبطية الارثوذكسية.

من اجل الدفاع عن حقوق ملكيتنا للدير ، يتم الان تعيين فريق من محامين دوليين. الرسوم القانونية لهذه القضية تفوق بكثير قدرة الدير المالية ، ويجب تعيين العديد من المحامين غير الأقباط في كل من إسرائيل والولايات المتحدة.

واليوم نكتب إليكم لطلب صلاتكم ودعمكم وتبرعاتكم للمساعدة في تمويل هذه الجهود القانونية الباهظة الثمن.

Taking legal action to restore our rightful ownership of Deir al-Sultan:

Dear Beloved Coptic People,

The Coptic Orthodox Church represented by the Coptic Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem is undertaking legal action to restore our rightful ownership of Deir al-Sultan monastery in the holy city of Jerusalem to its original owner, the Coptic Orthodox Church.

In order to defend our property rights, a team of international lawyers is being assembled. The legal fees far exceed the capacity of the monastery, and many non-Coptic lawyers both in Israel and the United States must be hired.

Today we are writing to you requesting your prayers, support, and donations to assist with the funding of these essential but expensive legal efforts.

Our monastery is about 1800 square meters, i.e. 19,375 square feet. It shares the walls of the Church of the Holy Sepulcher.

On April 25, 1970, as our Coptic monks were praying the liturgy on the eve of Holy Resurrection feast, the Israeli police changed the locks of the monastery, allowed the Ethiopian monks to occupy the monastery and prevented our Coptic monks from reentering the property. Immediately our Coptic Church submitted her first Petition to the Israeli Supreme Court. The court ruled in our favor and made its injunction against the police and ordered them to take the keys from the Ethiopians and to give them to the Copts. But unfortunately, the Israeli authorities refused to honor the court order for political reasons concerning the relationship between Israel and Ethiopia. This conspiracy was just discovered recently. It has been documented in many documents. One of them is this book of “Contested Holy Places in Israel-Palestine”, written by Professor Dr. Yitzhak Reiter (in pages 61-63):

. He chairs the Department of Israel Studies and is Head of the Research Authority at Ashkelon academic College. He is a senior researcher at both the Jerusalem Institute for Policy Research and the Harry S. Truman Institute for Peace Research at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Through the grace of God and with your prayers and support, our Coptic Orthodox Church will continue to defend our property rights to secure our historic monastery once more.

ياتى هذا وهناك وفد من  مجلس النواب المصرى  يتجه للقاء البابا تواضروس  صباح الخميس ,  لمناقشة  تطوير ايجابى للعلاقات بين الكنيسة القبطية والكنيسة   الاثيوبية  حفاظا على مصالح مصرية ؟

ولايدرك  احد تشكيل لجنة مقاضاة كنيسة اثيوبيا  دوليا من الكنيسة القبطية  ؟ومن المسئول عن حصيلة التبرعات؟
